Foundation February: It all starts with your problem solution fit.  
Core Concepts: Value Propositions & Customer Segments. 

Typical Bootcamp Schedule:
: 9am - 6pm
Saturdays: 9am - 6pm
Sundays: 9am - 4pm

Mar 2-4, 2018

Make it Happen March: You can have an incredible new, needed product or service but if you don’t have any customers you do not have a business or possibility of a sustainable organization. You need customers/users and multiple ways to find and sustain them to grow your business. In short this month is all about how you GET, KEEP and Grow your customers or said another way: Sales and Marketing.
Core Concepts: Customer Acquisition strategies and Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) $ and time, Customer Relationships/Retention, Marketing & Distribution Channels.

Apr 5-8, 2018

Awesome April: How to show investors your real, tested, key metrics and tie them to meaningful financials.
Core Concepts: Revenue! (identifying most promising revenue streams, translating customer data to potential revenue), Costs & Operating Best Practices, Valuation & Investor Options.
Thursday meeting is from 5-8 PM

Semi-Finals Competition:  Peer judging to determine the top 12 teams that will advance to the Finals.
